Looked at from the perspective of "elite" corporate — Wall Street, the Square Mile etc. — it's remarkable how one-dimensional versions of masculinity are and how one has to "be" in order to be taken seriously. The only people who can dispense with that paradigm are the genuinely brilliant superstars with god-given talent, and whilst they do exist, they are few and far between.
