Not gonna lie, sometimes when I read these sorts of lists it's like *eye-roll*, but having experienced these symptoms for - no joke - five years after a break-up, I so wish I had done every single thing in your article. I particularly like the suggestion to memorise historical events to force the mind to concentrate. Usually I would say read something but when you're in acute distress, reading is I think too much for the brain to process. But learning little bits of information here and there would have been of great assistance because, cumulatively, you would also feel like you were making progress on something. Great article!
