I find myself in agreement with you but, for the sakes of stress-testing the argument, I wonder if different workplace cultures suit different people, e.g. an alpha male-led team is more likely to be highly analytical and data driven but with zero value placed on emotional thinking in any shape or form. That, for me, would be hell but I can think of many types of people who actively thrive in that sort of workplace. Interested to hear your views.
