Great advice — and I've added your short stories to this week's reading list, which I'm looking forward to. I'm totally with you on the benefits of short story writing (and reading, for that matter). I intended to start pitching some short story work last year but what with fiction writing, article writing, copy editing etc. etc. it's so hard to find the time! However, the time simply must be found!
