An interesting take on the issue of infidelity which I hadn't considered before: the married/not-married distinction. There is something to it, but it feels a bit dodge. Not least because a good number of the people who end up in a relationship with someone who's already "coupled up" don't know until they're too emotionally invested to walk away.
